Object of the Study

For the pilot year (2021-2022) we are focusing on common wheat (Triticum aestivum).

Our project asks these questions:

  • How is wheat grown in different regions of the world?

  • How have the cultivation methods changed over the centuries?

  • What wheat varieties were cultivated in the past and present?

  • What wheat products are produced?
